Clinique de Genolier is the largest building not only on this site but in Infracore’s entire portfolio (rental area of 20’244 sqm, 98 beds with max. capacity of 112 beds). It was originally built in 1971 and further extended in 1995 with the development of the south wing. Overall, the building’s structure and interior fittings are in good condition, as the owners and tenants have continuously invested in maintenance and renovation.
Clinique de Genolier is a multi-specialty hospital. Since its founding in 1971, it has developed a strong reputation for the treatment of cancer, with its radiation oncology centre ranking among Europe’s most modern facilities. Its five operating theatres (four of which are active) are equipped with the latest innovations in medical technology. The hospital offers its patients a first-class hospitality infrastructure.

Centre Médical Genolier building
The building housing the Genolier Medical Center was built in 1981 and is located right next to Clinique de Genolier. It was transformed into a medical center in 2009, comprising both medical practices and clinic administration offices.
Completely renovated in 2008, the 6-storey building is in excellent condition. The basement is occupied by the central store, the pharmacy and the connecting passage to the clinic. Three floors are occupied by doctors, and two floors by administrative offices.
